Our Philosophy

At ITSM University, we decided that the world could use some more solid, affordable and practical education on the major IT Service Management suites. Also, since many times corporate budgets may not allow for you, the IT professional, to get the training you need to stay current on the skillsets you need to advance your career.

What about us

We’ll also provide technical training; because we’ve found that the large ITSM vendors focus their resources on developing and selling their products… and sometimes training can be an afterthought… so, we’ve decided to do our best to rectify that.

Our founders are uniquely qualified to deliver the training that fulfills these requirements. We have in-depth technical, process and practical knowledge of the major ITSM platforms:

  • BMC Remedyforce
  • CA Service Desk Manager
  • BMC Service Desk Express, formerly Magic
  • HP Service Manager, formerly Peregrine ServiceCenter
  • HP Service Anywhere

Now, just because we have experience in these products doesn’t mean you’re going to see the same amount of content on each of the different product lines. We are constantly watching what’s happening in the ITSM market. Our offerings will be released based on market share, the growth rate of the different vendors and of course… our profitability.

Finally, we’re a group of dedicated individuals that give 20% of gross profits to the truly poor and needy. We try to consistently donate to charities that make an impact in the communities where we live and work. Our contributions will be directed to the most efficient Catholic charitable organizations we can find.
